Fr. McGivney Book Among Best Sellers
Parish Priest, co-authored by Tulane University history professor Douglas Brinkley and Julie M. Fenster, tells the story of Michael Joseph McGivney (1852-1890), priest of the Diocese of Hartford, Conn., founder of the Knights of Columbus and, since his cause for canonization is being investigated, potentially the church’s first declared saint to come from the ranks of American-born parish priests.  The book is now available in most bookstores and from online book sellers. About Our Chapter

Welcome to the Metropolitan Milwaukee Chapter of the Knights of Columbus.
Established in 1983, the chapter serves as a clearing house for each Council to discuss their various programs, to offer support to member Councils; to coordinate various degrees and events; and to serve as a forum for member Councils to discuss their particular needs.

Our chapter meets at 7:00pm on the 4th Monday of each month. We have a “traveling gavel” to enable the Chapter officers and the representatives from each Council to visit the other Councils throughout the Metro Milwaukee area. Meetings rotate among the member councils at their invitation. Please check Meetings for locations of future meetings.
